Employee Benefit Plans
Employee benefit plans for which the employer wishes
the oversight of a directed corporate trustee. May
include defined contribution plans, defined benefit
plans, or non-qualified benefit plans.
- As one component in an unbundled benefit plan,
Mission as directed trustee under the terms defined
in the agreement governing the plan.
- Flexibility in accommodating different plan agreements.
