Carmen Bermudez is the Chairman, CEO, and Founder of Mission Management and Trust Co., which she established in 1994. Carmen serves as an Honorary Costa Rican Consul to the United States, a position she has proudly held since 2002. In 2015, Carmen was honored with the St. Katharine Drexel National Justice Award presented by the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament.  In 2012, the Arizona Historical Society featured Carmen in a publication titled Arizona's 48 Most Intriguing Women. That same year, The New York Times featured Carmen's professional achievements in the Jobs section. A naturalized American citizen, Carmen led the Pledge of Allegiance at the 2004 Republican National Convention. In 2000, Avon Products chose Carmen as one of four Women of Enterprise and the Star Group recognized her as one of The Leading Women Entrepreneurs of the World.  Carmen was named Mujer 2000 Woman of Today, Latina magazine's Entrepreneur of the Year in 1999, and was highlighted in Fortune magazine's Minority Business Enterprises Special Industry Report in April 1999.  Carmen is a member of Southern Arizona Leadership Council and Rotary Club of Tucson.


Susan L. Ernsky, President is responsible for institutional and individual portfolio management, and oversees Mission's marketing and business development. She earned her B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Arizona. She joined Mission after serving as regional manager and Tucson bank president with Citibank and Norwest Bank, respectively. Active for years in community service, she has been a board member of several community organizations, most recently serving on the Board of Trustees for TMC HealthCare, one of Tucson's community hospitals, and GLPIC, its captive insurance subsidiary. A recipient of numerous awards, including the YWCA's 1995 Women on the Move Award, Susan's professional achievements, leadership and community involvement exemplify Mission's founding objectives.

Dennis Feeney   Dennis Feeney is a recently retired human resources executive, having spent the last 30 years of his career designing and implementing compensation and benefit programs while employed by AlliedSignal Aerospace, Hughes Missile Systems, Unocal 76 Products and SunAmerica Financial Group. He worked with all levels of employees, from the CEO's office to the factory floor. His greatest professional pride was in influencing younger employees to begin the long process of saving and investing through company-sponsored retirement plans. Prior to his business career, he spent several years as a radio news and sports journalist in Detroit and Ann Arbor, Michigan. He holds a B.A. in economics from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. He was a guest lecturer for the UCLA Anderson School of Management M.B.A. program.
Tom Feeney   Thomas J. Feeney Chief Investment Officer for Mission, has been professionally involved in asset management, investment consulting and securities brokerage since 1969. He has worked with cities, states and major corporations, concentrating particularly on the service to charitable and other not-for-profit organizations. He was previously Executive Director of Stewardship Services, Inc. and a Senior Vice President of Atalanta/Sosnoff Capital Corporation. Prior to his investment career, Mr. Feeney served on the faculties of the University of Santa Clara, St. Joseph's College and Guadalupe College. In later years, he lectured on investments at the University of Notre Dame and Georgetown University. His own academic background includes an A.B. in economics from Boston College, an M.B.A. degree from the University of Santa Clara, studies at Stanford Law School, and additional post-graduate work at the University of San Francisco. Mr. Feeney's community activities have included fund development and pro bono consulting for non-profit organizations. An avid golfer today, he completed the famous Boston Marathon three times.
Eddie Leon   Eduardo Leon is the project manager for Gallery Golf Course Properties. A native Tucsonan and successful real estate developer, Mr. Leon has a B.A. in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona. Following college he played professional baseball for eleven years, eight of those in the major leagues, playing shortstop for the Cleveland Indians, Chicago White Sox, and the New York Yankees. In 1976, Mr. Leon created a booming commercial sector for the Cienega firm in Tucson, which eventually led to his overseeing the planning, construction, and leasing/sales of several large projects around southern Arizona. An active member of the Arizona Baseball Commission, Mr. Leon was instrumental in bringing the Colorado Rockies and the Chicago White Sox to Tucson for their spring training. In 1996 Mr. Leon and his family were honored by the University of Arizona Hispanic Alumni Association for their contributions to the Tucson community.

C William Winkler, Jr., CPA, MBA has been a tremendous resource for Mission since 2000, when he joined our team as Treasurer/Controller. Originally from Indiana, Bill received a competitive appointment to the United States Naval Academy.  Instead of accepting that appointment, he committed his career to the disciplines of accounting and helping companies be financially successful.  Bill earned his B.S., with honors, at UCLA in Business Administration and an M.B.A. with a specialization in accounting.  His career took him through Boston at Arthur Anderson, where he was an audit manager, emphasizing corporate office audits and S.E.C. reporting.  Bill later accepted positions as chief financial officer of Kincoa Corporation in Tucson, then corporate controller at the corporate office of Teledyne, Inc. in Los Angeles.  In 1985, he retired for the first time and spent two years cruising, building a house in Tucson and running marathons.  He then spent several years as owner and chief financial officer of a jewelry retailer.  Bill then reinstated his CPA license, and began a limited tax and accounting practice focusing on special projects and not-for-profit accounting.  Bill started working on his second retirement in late 2009, and that process continues to this day.  Mission is pleased to have him continue his service to Mission as a board member.
